Basic REFA Education 2.0
The Basic course leads to the title and the certificate “work organizer”.
It consists of 4 trainings, each 5-day long. Every week will be crowned by a test and a certificate for a passed test. The 4 weeks will show this content
Week 1: REFA Basic Training Part 1

Week 4: REFA Basic Training Practical Week

REFA Teacher Qualification
In case the title “Work Organizer” could be obtained, you are eligible to become REFA Trainer. This trainer ability will be intensively trained in a 5 days Didactics course, followed by an exam and the trainer certificate.

REFA Special Courses
REFA China offers a lot of special courses, either as free training or as in-house customized training.
Some special course require the title “work organizer” as prerequisite, some are for a special group of persons, e.g. production managers, finance manager etc. without the need to be “Work organizer”.
